WHAT IS TENSION HEADACHE?

They are characterised by the duration an individual experience them per month. If tension headaches occur between 1-14 days out of a month then it is considered episodic. If these headaches are around for 15 or more days out of a month for 3 consecutive months, then they are considered to be chronic. The causes behind these headaches are still unknown.
